They have now relocated from Atlanta and will live in Charleston full time. They wanted to invest heavily in this raised-house that had an open front porch and was in need of remodeling.

The project includes replacing the shingle roof with metal, enclosing the porch and complete reconstruction of the kitchen, baths and floors. The photos available for this article only include the porch, due to the project still being in progress.
