Chaney Improvements of Charleston, SC.We posted a blog piece a few months back about the trend of people doing whole house rehab projects. The following photos and narrative are of an Isle of Palms, SC house renovated and upgraded by the B. Chaney Improvements team. Brad Chaney and his craftsmen took the 1950s-era rancher and turned it into a “Lowcountry Cottage” style home. The look helps it blend into the landscape of homes now being built in and around the Charleston area.
