“Their work was perfect! We live in Tennessee and this work is on a vacation home. We could trust Brad to be on the property nearly every day, since we could only be there to see the work every six weeks. We recommend them 1000 percent!” – Jennifer J., Isle of Palms, SC
A recent B. Chaney Improvements major renovation project
Jennifer and her family live in Tennessee but love the South Carolina coast. That love led them to purchase a vacation home that needed a professional’s touch. The original plan was upgrading the unit with replacement windows. That work started soon after several neighbors recommended Brad’s team after they did renovation project work in the community.
Jennifer said after the windows, they then decided to use B. Chaney to remodel the kitchen and bathroom. That remodeling work led to the ultimate compliment for a builder, in the form of remodeling the dining room, porch, upgrading much of the home’s insulation and adding on to the house. The work was complete after B. Chaney added an elevator.
“It just kind of snowballed,” she said, after realizing they had a quality builder who had time and capacity to help make this their dream vacation home.
